Read our terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the APIVult platform, including all APIs, documentation, and related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

APIVult provides API services on an as-is basis. All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, documentation, and trademarks, remain the property of APIVult. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our APIs in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan.

Usage of APIVult APIs must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and export control laws.

Warranty Disclaimer

APIVult services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that no API service can guarantee 100% uptime and that periodic maintenance windows may be required.

General

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and access credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify APIVult immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

APIVult reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimer

APIVult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Rate limits and usage quotas are enforced to ensure fair access for all users.
